Each survey page is organized into the following three parts: 1. Survey Objectives: 2. Survey Content and Methods: 3. Survey Results.
Each part begins with the survey name and year, as below:

Shows the survey name. Survey names change but contents are organized virtually the same way in each case.


Survey Sequence and Effective Years (All years are fiscal years)

1995-1999

Shows survey sequence and years. The numbers indicate the sequence from the 1st to the 5th survey. The years show the duration of each survey.
