Clearing house mechanism (CHM)

1.What's CHM?

	It's the system for thease purposes.
	(1) It looks for the location of the information to need.
	(2) It examines how made one the information is, and so on.

2.For what purpose does it build CHM ?

The information which the various persons possess is made to be able to be each other used.

3.Devising of CHM

	CHM plays a role like the above in managing data about the contents of the various data base, "Metadata", and so on, circulating.
(ex) MetaData

If there are not what contents, or a format, a copyright, a way of obtaining, etc, such information in the data by whom which was made or was made when, it is difficult to use like the data which made the data which a stranger made by it.

4.Convention on Biological Diversity CHM in (CBD)

	It is, and it is declaring the importance of the communication and it tries to carry forward CHM building in the conclusion country and so on based on this.
	Note ) In treaty this passage (the temporary translation) of J-IBIS, it translates CHM into "the mechanism of the exchange of the information".。

	(4) Regional Focal Point CHM amount window of the Convention on Biological Diversity which is laid down every areas (such as Asia)
	(5) Sub-regional Focal Point CHM amount window of the Convention on Biological Diversity which is laid down every small area (such as ASEAN) This network of composed by the network which links five kinds of focal points which are and each focal points, isn't especially limited to the electronic ones such as the internet.
